Our Mission
Sacred Nexus exists to reduce the suffering of as many sentient beings as possible by making teachings and practices freely available. We take an interfaith, interdisciplinary approach because we recognize that every seeker walks a different path. Knowing this, we offer as many teachings, pathways, and practices as possible in hopes that you, dear reader, find something that speaks to you.

Many Paths, One Truth
If you don’t know where to begin on your spiritual journey, there are plenty of paths that lead to inner peace and joy. There are as many paths as there are sentient beings. To that end, Sacred Nexus provides an exploration of as many paths as possible in a single location. There is no right or wrong path. No one here can tell you what to do, but we can lay out the many time-tested paths that others have walked down. Find the path that resonates with you. All paths presented here are designed to reduce suffering and invite joy into your life.

In order to live a happy and healthy life, there are three pillars that we must attend to: the body, the mind, and the spirit. If we neglect any one of these pillars, our progress in the others will be hindered. In order to promote holistic human growth, we offer practices designed to enrich the body, mind, and spirit from many traditions.
